We have <10 years to avert severe climate change1

Nature can provide >30% of the solution to climate change2

Yet today just 3% of climate funding are spent on natural solutions3

According to the IPCC, we have less than 10 years to avert serious climate change. And while there are many changes we need to make as a society to achieve this, more than 30% of the opportunity we have to do to limit climate change comes from protecting and investing in nature including ending deforestation and regenerating natural areas.

Investing in protecting forests, grassland and wetlands along with crucial marine areas offers far more benefits than climate alone - it improves health, supports biodiversity, and is the basis for sound economies4. Yet today, just 3% of climate funding is focused on natural solutions.

We are working to help address this funding gap for nature.
